I had a lot of apprehensions about someone telling me how to discipline my children, but the coaching was an amazing support. The coaching was a lot more of a partnership than I thought it would be, and I felt as though I was still in control of what needed to happen in my home. I am very grateful to have had this experience and we still use the tools every day.
