Individual Wellness Coaching
Individual Wellness Coaching is one-on-one, 50 minute sessions, where I will work with and support you through developing and strengthening your mental wellness, helping you to evolve and grow, from a client-centered, existential therapeutic, and holistic perspective.
I don’t think I’ve met a single person who has things all figured out. For most of us, it feels like we are heaving ourselves through life, pushing against a strong current that might drown us at any minute. Or on the other side, be drifting from one day to the next on autopilot, until we wake up and find ourselves questioning our existence and this thing called life. Sound familiar? You’re not alone.
Mental Wellness coaching is focused on helping you to become more mentally strong and resilient so that you can affect positive change in your life. Together we will look at your mental, emotional, physical, environmental, social, occupational, and, spiritual states. Having strong mental wellness arms you with the ability to help you shift into a positive, constructive way of being so that you are able to think, feel and act in a way that helps you to grow and thrive in your personal, social, and professional life.
Personal wellness coaching works on regaining your personal power, finding meaning and purpose, overcoming your blocks, identifying and working through setbacks, shifting and reframing perspective, and more, in order to give you the tools, motivation, and resilience you may be lacking to live a more fulfilling and prosperous life.
