Just thinking about traveling in a confined space with a baby or busy toddler tends to make even the most seasoned of parents stressed and want to run in fear. At least that’s how I felt when trying to prepare for our trip overseas with our busy body 18month old son. Our first leg would involve two flights (totaling about 18hours of traveling), then two short ones a few days of each other, and then 3 connecting flights (totaling 36hours of continual travel) coming home – these 36 hours I did all on my own (yeah, I don’t know what I was thinking either!). Like most, I did a lot of preparing and searching for helpful tips from other parents to make the flight a bit easier for me and my boy. In the video below, I explain the top 10 tips that help me survive the journey. I hope you find them useful, and good luck on your journey!
